V: Vexation Beneath the Mask

My greatest work! I have put my heart and soul into this very picture! I worked on it for 3 and a 1/2 hours on Monday...and since then doing little touchups here and there.

I watched V for Vendetta(favorite movie ever!) on Sunday and at this particular screenshot I thought, "I HAVE to draw this!" And so I did. This is when Evey leaves and V throws his mask at the mirror, shattering the mirror, and sits down and cries. It's my favorite part because it's so cute. Sad, but cute.

I did add something to this though. The large broken peice of mirror in the right corner shows V with his head down and his hand craddling his head (The part of the movie where he cries). The mirror was blank in the movie.

I used pastels by the way (I have learned to absolutely love them). 18 x 24 paper. I can't link you to the image I used to draw this because I got it directly from my movie. I paused it and drew it.

BTW....If it weren't already obvious in my comments above, I do not own the character V from V for Vendetta.
